VARSITY RESULTS:
MAY 1 v WEBB
RESULT: WIN 6 – 3
Ben Sompayrac goes the distance to get the Irish victory, 7 IP, 4 K, 3 R. Catholic bats were led by Ryan Theobald 2-3, 2 RBI and Joey LaMattina 2-4. Cooper Williamson added at 3B, 1 RB.
MAY 2 v WEBB
RESULT: WIN 13 – 10
Fighting Irish bats were hot with a team total of 16 hits. Seniors Ian Hubbard went 4-4 (HR), 3 RBI, 2 R, Ben Sompayrac 3-3, 1 RBI, 2 R, Miller Spence 2-4, 2 R, and Daniel Parris 3-5 (HR), 4 RBI, 3 R led the Irish offense. Mason Fields added a 2B, 1 RBI.
Sophomore Hutson Oakes gets the win, 3 IP, 2 K. Hudson Lutterman gets the save.
With this win, Coach Caleb Moore hits win #200 and the Fighting Irish secure 3rd place in the East Region. Catholic will move on to the DII-AA Playoffs and a best of three series with 3rd place team from Middle TN Region. (Dates, times, location TBD)

RESULT: WIN 10 – 0
Ian Hubbard goes 3-3 (2B) , 3 RBI and Hudson Lutterman 3-4 (2B), 2 R, 2 RBI to lead the Irish offense of 14 team hits. Ryan Theobald, Joey LaMattina, Cooper Williamson and Mason Fields added 2Bs.
Hubbard also gets the win, 3 IP, 4 K. Evon Kolesar and Aidan Alexander came in from the bullpen to keep the Spartans scoreless.
Varsity finishes the regular season with a record of 24 – 8. Catholic will move on to the DII-AA Playoffs and a best of three series with 3rd place team from Middle TN Region. (Dates, times, location TBD)

Harrison Vieira 2-3, 2 RBI, (2B) and Nick Turner, 2-2, 1 RBI led Irish bats with 2 hits each. Bryce Gulbrand collects the win, 5IP, 11 K, 0 R.
JV finishes the season with a record of 13-9-5.
