RESULT: WIN 6 -2
The Fighting Irish tallied 10 team hits in the victory over the unbeaten Greene Devils. Hudson Lutterman, Ian Hubbard (2B, 3B) Daniel Parris, and Grant Tallent with 2 H each. Miller Spence 1 H, 1 R and Ryan Theobald 1 H.
Daniel Parris was dominate on the mound for the Irish, 7IP, 12 K’s, 2 R.
APR 15 v CHRIST SCHOOL
RESULT: WIN 11 – 3
10 hits for the team as the Irish captured revenge over the Greenies. Hudson Lutterman (2B) and Richie Delacruz each with 2 H. Ian Hubbard with 2B, 2 RBI and Ryan Theobald contributed 2 RBI.
Senior pitchers, Ben Sompayrac, Evon Kolesar, Jacob Camfield and Ian Hubbard threw scoreless frames.
JV RESULTS:
APR 10 v GREENEVILLE
RESULT: LOSS 4 -1
Nate O’Donnell and Alex Ditmore each had 1 H in the loss.
APR 12 v ANDERSON COUNTY
RESULT: LOSS 9 – 6
Huston Oakes led Irish JV, 2-4 at the plate. Lex Lucier started on the mound, 3 IP, 0 R, 1 K.
APR 13 v HARDIN VALLEY
RESULT: WIN 11 – 8
Huston Oakes led bats again for the Fighting Irish, going 3-4. Cooper Ackermann added 2 H, 2RBI. The pitching combo of Manny Maurer 4.1 IP, 5 K and Hutson Oakes 2.2 IP, 4 K, sealed the Irish victory.
APR 15 v FARRAGUT
RESULT: LOSS 12 – 3
The Irish fell behind early and could not manage a comeback on the Admirals. Charlie Chady, Carter Muth and Nick Turner each had 1 H .
