- Catholic Baseball makes back to back State Tournament appearances in 2022 and 2023.

- KCHS Baseball plays in Division II, Class AA, East Region. District opponents are: Baylor School, Chattanooga Christian School, McCallie School and Webb School of Knoxville.
- On May 2, 2023, with a win over rival Webb, Coach Caleb Moore captured win #200.
- Knoxville Catholic supports an on-staff Sports Nutrition & Fueling specialist, overseeing health and wellness of our athletic teams.
- Tennessee Orthopeadic Clinic provides a trainer to be present at all KCHS home games.
- Catholic fields Varsity and Jr. Varsity squads, as well as supporting middle school teams.

- Gaylor Field at Diamond Park is home to KCHS Baseball.
- Batting cages, a pitching lab and workout room are available to baseball players on campus.
- A new press box was completed for the 2021 season. Equipped with Pixellot camera, all home games are live-streamed on the NFHS Network.
